Once when I was a pastor, a man who had just been released from prison, walked into the congregation off the streets, and was in need of financial assistance to get himself re-acclimated to living outside of prison walls. I was unable to help the man, and every since that time, there has been a

hollow in the pit of my belly that feels the need to help people of this nature. The organization plans to offer charitable assistance and education to people who have been just released from prison. Future goals are to open a halfway house; provide feed programs, and housing.

Concepts & Precepts is a ministry that was birthed in a vision given by the Lord in 1988 and the ministry began in 1997.

The purpose of this ministry is to assist ex-cons and troubled teens in their development.

To facilitate the vision, Concepts & Precepts hope to purchase this nursing home which has been closed for approximately 10 years. Permission to display the property was given by the owner.
